Asked me to send a video, but it was rejected from me posting to them. They literally went out of their way to be of no help at all. I would recommend taking the screws form the packaging carefully and putting each size in a separate container with a size marker. Otherwise you have to keep checking for the right screw. They fall together when the package is opened and it is a pain to identify them when the are mixed up.
