Evenflo Pivot Xplore All Terrain Stroller Wagon Reviews

In a double stroller, there’s normally a space underneath but most wagons just have small pockets. In our testing the Xplore outperformed the Expedition in most categories including steering and maneuverability, folding and transport, and part and material quality. The Expedition came evenflo wagon stroller out ahead in parent comfort and usability in part because of its additional storage space and the car seat included with the base model. As a parent, your child’s safety and needs are your utmost priority and we want to help you find what your child needs to be safe and taken care of.

Despite certain flows, both my husband and I like the wagon and we’re going to be taking it with us to Europe on our next trip. We decided it cannot be our only vehicle and we’re surely keeping a single stroller as well for the baby, but Evenflo Pivot Xplore Wagon Stroller is surely a handy vehicle to own. If you need to use the wagon on paths with tree roots and branches, it is best to shift the handle to pull-mode. The pulling action lets you lift the front wheels over bumps as you pull and the larger wheels in the rear will roll over all but really big roots. The handle only goes to 40 inches and could stand to be higher for taller parents. It is comfortable but we prefer the handles with a more rounded shape.

Dirt trails, sand, grass; no issues at all. I’m not worried about it getting banged up or damaged. Once again, the only reason I’d buy a different wagon would be if having my kid take naps in the wagon was a big priority.

There are simply two buttons, one on each side, that you push and allow the entire wagon to collapse in half. The handlebar can easily fold in as well, taking up less room. To open up, just push those two buttons and the wagon swings back out to its full form.

She has free reign to all the snacks and drinks she wants and she can still see me and look around to her heart’s content. While she refuses to sit in a stroller, she absolutely loves the stroller wagon. Evenflo Pivot is one of a few wagons that can use a travel system from birth. The Evenflo Pivot Xplore infant seat car seat adapter is sold separately, but it hooks directly into one of the seat areas, leaving the other one open for another child or stuff. Acting fast on the sale will give you a stroller that’s absurdly versatile.

It excels in maneuverability, folding, transport and overall quality, and compares favorably to other wagons in the kid comfort and usability category. Makes the transition from the car to the wagon evenflo car seat quick and easy with two kids in tow. Designed to work with the Evenflo LiteMax™, SafeMax™ and SecureMax™ Infant Car Seats, this modular accessory is reversible, allowing your baby to face in or out.

For me personally, it’s not a deal-breaker at this point, but we don’t use them as often as I used the canopy on a double stroller. I bought it because I realized that we need an all-terrain vehicle for both kids, as our toddler demands to be driven around or carried on longer excursions and refuses buggy board. While I like Zoe Twin it doesn’t do well for hiking or snow, and the double BOB stroller was too wide to fit into many places. While there is a lot to love about the Veer, the Xplore comes better equipped out of the box with additional storage and canopies, all for a lower price. We took it up and down hills, along paths, and over bumps.

It is 11″ x 12″ on the sides and 3.5″ top to bottom. Out of the box, it is missing a car seat adapter. We didn’t immediately realize that there are two parent cupholders, but they aren’t sized or positioned well. Here’s how the Pivot Xplore shapes up against the other 2-seat stroller wagons we tested.

The maneuverability is excellent, it drives just as smooth as Uppababy Vista or Cybex Gazelle which quite frankly is surprising because it’s slightly heavier. If you are comparing Wonderfolds to the Pivot Xplore, the W2 version is a 2-seater that is a more apples-to-apples comparison. The wheel, axel and bearing assembly seem high quality.
