Hyper Havoc FS Mens Mountain Bike Review

For a product that would have cost the company a minimum of $10 to ship out, I did find it a bit frustrating that their customer service was so poor and we ended up having to pay for the replacement ourselves. I would give this bike an 7/10 for durability and quality. It loses three points for the small defects and bad customer service from the manufacturer and seller.

The Hyper Havoc FS mountain bike is 26″ in size, it is a 21 speed mountain bike, with Shimono gear shifters. Before I get into all the cons with the bike, I will first tell about the pros. The most obvious pro is the price, this bike is very cheap and affordable for what you get in the box and for most purposes of daily commutes to the store or to work, it will do perfectly. So far I have owned this bike for close to a month, so I will tell my thoughts about all the pros and cons I have found.

The GTX3 comes with 700cc tires that give you a firm grip, regardless of whether its pavement or a dirt trail. We don’t blame you for mistaking it to be Hyper Bicycles, the bicycle brand with a fair bit of repute amongst BMX Racing & freestyle cyclists. Hyper was established in the 1990s by Clay Goldsmid, a former BMX Pro. Another advantage of Hyper bikes is that they’re relatively easy to find. This is because they’re sold at many big-box stores and online retailers.

Even when we tried contacting both the seller and manufacturer they didn’t want to just ship a part out, they instead wanted us to ship the entire thing back and gives us a whole new bike set. That would have been fine, but we had already assembled most of the mountain bike and we didn’t want to repack the entire thing just to ship it out and get another mountain bike that we would have to reassemble. Come ride time, the 20-inch wheels with the 1.5” tires bring comfort and stability that are generally not the USP of folding bikes. There’s an 11-speed gear suite with a 54-tooth chain ring for tackling the occasional terrain change. All that battery power is sent to the 500w geared hub motor in the rear of the bike.

The wrench built into my multi-tool is made for tires, so it is slightly too large to fit and adjust the handlebars because they used another type of bolt like screw for it. This is a minor problem because I just added a wrench to my backpack repair kit and moved along. Having said that, the Hyper Bikes that we are discussing may not necessarily be built by Hyper Bicycles though. There are many brands like Schwinn and Liv, which manufacture hyper bikes. When it comes to technology, the Hyper E-Ride gets a 36V mid-drive motor with a continuous output of 250W. Walmart doesn’t say who the manufacturer of the motor is, neither does it provide any top speed figures.

If you’re looking for a bike that can go off-road and handle tough terrain, then a Mongoose bike is a good choice. Hyper bikes are often more suitable for beginner riders or those on a budget, while Mongoose bikes may be better suited for more experienced riders or those looking for a more high-performance bike. Hyper bike brakes are designed for speed and stopping power. They’re typically made from stronger materials like steel or aluminum, and they’re often heavier than Mongoose brakes.

I have tightened it a few times and it now finally stays in place, but it can be dangerous when it randomly slides over while riding. Now that you are aware of the pros and cons, here’s a look at some of the best hyper bicycless in the market currently. The HyperBike is a miniature horse cart designed specifically for the miniature horse, donkey and small pony. It was the first “race-bike” produced, focused on equine ergonomics. Lightweight, the hyperbike is the lightest VSE vehicle around and is all about easy speed for the mini. First made in the early 1990s, HyperBike has continued  to reveal its character over past  twenty years and has become an ideal choice for the trail.

This means that the Mongoose bikes will be able to shift gears more smoothly, while the hyper bikes will require a bit more effort to shift gears. Additionally, the Mongoose bikes have a higher gear range, which means they will be able to go faster on flat terrain. There’s so much buzz surrounding hybrid bikes these days that manufacturers pitch them as the be-all, end-all of multi-terrain biking. This is made possible with two large levers on the frame.
