No I did not but she proceeded to disconnect me. 5 visits already from their Arctic King contracted techs. Next step should be to replace the lemon – but I’m getting even more of the runaround. Good prices but what good is it if it doesn’t last even a year. Also, 2 of the repair companies that Frigidaire sent to my house were very rude and unprofessional – Dial Appliance and Total Appliance Solutions.
There is no number to call and speak to a customer representative. I will never purchase another Frigidaire appliance and will tell all family and friends the same. You should be ashamed Frigidaire a refrigerator is a necessity. Refrigerator stopped working after 9 months and Frigidaire is giving the runaround even though there is one year warranty.
