The washer must only be used with clean water; use of unfiltered water containing corrosive chemicals will damage the washer. The machine is not suitable for connection to the potable water main. Fit the stainless steel lance into the trigger gun and rotate the collar westinghouse pressure washers until the two parts are completely locked (Fig. 9). Thankfully, Sun Joe is aware of this, and they’ve designed a special trigger mechanism for the SPX3000 in a bid to provide some additional protection to the pressure washer’s pump. This machine is also fairly quiet, reaching an average of 81 decibels. The biggest problem we had with the Sun Joe SPX3000 pressure washer was putting it together – a process more tedious than with the other pressure washers we tested.
