Assembly was awesome just took out of the box and the only thing to attach was the phone holder and arms. Like others I didn’t attach the arms because I wanted to be able to fold the treadmill down to store away. I don’t like the phone holder I wish the adjuster would go up farther so that Costway Folding Treadmill I can read off my iPad. I had trouble with putting the oil in the belt since this is my first treadmill. I’m 5 foot 3 ins and I weight 199 as of this morning and I was able to jog at a pace of 6.7 with no issues. There is a little horn noise but I still think I need oil on the belt.
The treadmill was packaged very well to prevent damage during transit. The box had some damage when I received but the treadmill was well protected. I am used to running while listening to songs, which can inspire me to continue.
Very convenient relatively light weight machine while still feeling sturdy. We were looking for a compact treadmill option and this fit the bill. The tread as very short so may not be great for taller runners, but as a Costway Folding Treadmill petite woman I enjoy the daily run and fits in our space perfectly. This treadmill was exactly what I was looking for. I had a few questions for customer service and they responded so quickly and were super helpful.
I think I just wore the treadmill motor out from use. The recommendation is no more than 3 hours daily, so I recognize it’s a possibility. I only ever used it at low speeds under my desk so I could still work comfortably while moving, and it slid out of the way easily for me to sit down when not in use. If a belt or bearing isn’t squeaking, it’s extremely quiet.
