If you’re familiar with the grilling game, the name ‘Weber’ rings a sound bell. For those of you who are relatively new, I would like to take some time to tell you how and why Weber produces some of the best grills out there.

A dedicated rotisserie burner is usually located on the back of the firebox, slightly above the cooking grates; some models use the grill’s main burner. This feature allows you to roast meat very evenly, yielding a flavor that some people prefer to that of grilled food. Without a doubt, the Weber Spirit E-210 has very little in terms of bells and whistles. Apart from its main features, it offers a few useful things such as fold-down side tables that help create additional space while cooking. In addition, it has a hood-mounted thermometer to help you control the cooking process in real-time. You can also separately buy additional accessories for this grill, including a cover and a propane gas tank.

Grease from the burgers dripped inside the grill, causing sometimes-large flare-ups that caught me off guard. One of those times I dropped a burger, rendering the test invalid. The other two times, one of the burger probes fell out midflip amid flare-ups. Again, I’m pretty sure the Flavorizer Bars didn’t provide much of an assist here. And if they did, I don’t want to think about its flare-ups without them.

It is recommended to clean the inner and outer surfaces regularly to protect the product from natural factors. I do use my gas grill when we simply want to be outside, and I fancy a very quick snack in the simplest most fuss-free way possible, but my gas grill is my least used bit of kit. The only reason to overlook it or replace it would be the need for extra cooking space. It’s stupidly easy to cook with because ease of use is at the forefront of its design. For that reason, you should give it serious consideration as your next grill if it fits your bill. You can easily access the grease tray to scrape it and then wash with soapy water, and the disposable aluminum catch pans are just swapped out for fresh ones.

Most gas grills use metal heat tents under the cooking grate to disperse heat, protect the burners, and to sizzle drippings that impart flavor to foods. Better quality grills, like Spirit II, blanket the entire cook box for more even heat and more delicious sizzle . Note the notches on the sides of each bar which provide a visual confirmation that the burners beneath them are indeed lit.

Weber’s warranty covers burner hoods on the 2022 Genesis models and all parts on the Spirit II models for 10 years. Or you could find third-party options that claim higher performance and long lifespans (though we haven’t tested these claims Blackstone Adventure ourselves). We wish the bars of the Spirit II E-310’s warming racks ran front to back, parallel to the main grates, like they do on our upgrade pick, the Genesis E-325s. That way, you could easily slide a spatula under stuff that’s warming.

The Weber Spirit II E-310 is a pretty decent grill overall (compared to other Weber grills that I’ve used), but be careful about using it if you want to do any sort of smoking or searing/grilling. So all in all, with proper usage and some skillful grilling techniques, you can easily cook quite delicious food on this Weber Spirit II E-310.

On top of this, these grills came with a few color options for the lid.
