You can take multiple readings on the same arm and you will get very different readings. Read the instruction manual and keep your arm the same level as your heart. I suppose you can take the average of 3 or 4 readings to see about what your BP may be. Sometimes it squeezes your arm gently and other times it’s much stronger. I’d like to get it calibrated to know how accurate it is.
This one has been improved by making the compressor more powerful.It inflates in half the time. The supplied cuff is large enough to fit any normal arm. The one fault I will omron 3 series mention is that I also have an Omron wrist blood pressure monitor.
