STAY AWAY. I received a Hamilton Beach toaster oven as a gift in December 2021. The bottom heating element worked sporadically for the first 2 months and then stopped working totally. I contacted customer service in August 2022 via email, they have no phone customer service. They tell me it’s not covered under the 1 year warranty because they have to go by the date in was produced as stated by the serial number. We bought a coffee pot and within a few months it started leaking water. I sent an email and they said someone would get back to me.
