We have several Little Tikes products and I love how they last forever if they are taken care of! My little ones would love the playhouse especially the windows. I like how the playhouse comes with some windows my son would love little tikes cape cottage playhouse it. I’ve wanted one of these for my little girl! She loves playing “house” and it seems every large toy made by Little Tikes is really durable! Love the colors and i can’t believe it took such little time for you to assemble.

We’ve had many picnics out back in the cottage , and they love pretending that they are taking care of their own house! The cottage has been outside for a couple of weeks and withstood some serious bad weather as well as very extreme heat and I see no evidence of damage or warping. Overall I would recommend this playhouse for its top quality, style and great value. I can see it being a favourite for years to come.

The playhouse is a huge hit when we have playdates, and can easily fit 3 little ones inside. I’m excited to see how he and his friends evolve with this house overtime. Maybe they will pretend to be a mailman and drop off mail in the slot. Tom and Jack were delighted to see that their cottage has a post box.
Our neighborhood park has several little playhouses for the toddlers to play inside of, and I always knew I would want one in our own backyard at some point. The Cape Cottage Playhouse is the perfect size for our little lad, and has also captivated our five year old and seven year old nieces. The children love opening and shutting the doors as skywalker trampoline 15 well as the windows. Once this product arrived- and by arrived, I mean that I came home to the most massive box ever blocking my front door! – I was slightly nervous to tackle the assembly process. I’ve heard from people that these play house things are a major pain to put together and that we should budget at least two hours for assembly.
In regards to the design, it is a simple plain playhouse with no additional toys inside. We sometimes need to hit/kick them back in on the bottom corners. The door also is flush with the wall of the house allowing little baby fingers to get jammed — I think the doors need to be reconsidered. This playhouse has become a favorite in our home.
