GREENWORKS PRO Grainger Industrial Supply

At September 25, 2021, the Company operated 177 Petsense stores in 23 states. Our mission is to empower you to find the product you’re looking for and get exactly the information you need to make the right buying decision. Greenworks designed these blades to rotate in opposite directions. They did this so that both blades direct grass straight back into the bag. That’s some decent mulching considering the type of grass we were cutting and the height. The design team also dialed in the acceleration in the lap bars to feel similar to a gas residential zero-turn mower.

Release the drive levers to close the self-propel system. • Pull the speed control button in the direction of the Turtle Symbol to decrease the speed. • Slide the speed control button in the direction of the Rabbit Symbol to increase the speed. Once the machine has started, you can release the start button .

Stop the blade when crossing gravel drives, walks, or roads. To help avoid the blade or an injury from thrown objects, stay in the operator zone behind the handles. Before and while moving backward with the mower, look behind and down for small children and other people. Step back from the mower in order to fully extend your arms. Tragic accidents can occur if the operator is not alert to the presence of children or bystanders.Keep the area of operation clear of all persons, particularly small children, and pets.

Two batteries will yield over an hour of mowing—perfect for medium to larger yards. My backyard is almost an acre and I was able to cut half of it before the battery died. They were underpowered and too restrictive in terms of runtime. Fast forward to 2018 though and cordless options have caught up! The Greenworks Pro’s 21-in steel cutting deck features a 3-in-1 design, allowing you to mulch, rear bag, or side discharge grass clippings. It comes with a bagger for collecting grass clippings, creating a tidy lawn as you mow.

Now we have a final production model to test and we’re excited to see how it’s all come together. Essentially, the Greenworks Pro 60V 18-Inch Chainsaw is the same as the 16-inch model with a larger bar. There’s nothing wrong with that, though, and we like the additional capacity. Greenworks claims the saw has 20% more torque and faster cutting than a 42cc gas saw, and that seems accurate in our experience.

Five years later, the market demand has steadily increased with increased public perception and battery capabilities. OPERATION TIPSDo not try to override the operation of the start button or start handles. Release either set of start handle and drive lever from the same side. While you hold the start handles , grab either of the drive levers and pull towards the handlebar. Read, know, and do the instructions in the battery and charger manual.

The biggest benefit of self-propelled lawn mowers is the time and energy you save. You can get the job done much faster without exerting a lot of effort. If you have thick grass, you don’t have to worry about pushing your lawnmower through it because the gadget will power through on its own. If you have a slope, your mower should be able to propel itself along the incline as well. The mower also has EZ Fold Handles which cause it to break down and store with ease. It also features a 7-position single lever height adjustment handle on the back right side which I must say is a pretty sweet addition.

Many battery-powered mowers require a two-step process of pressing the on button followed by the blade starter handle—in that order. The GreenWorks setup is also two-step, but it doesn’t matter in what order it’s done. It’s not a big thing, but it is one less thing to think about. Tap the Position button at the bottom of the screen to see where the mower is and where it’s been on a satellite map. There’s also a Frost Guard setting that monitors the current temperature and will delay the work cycle if there’s a risk of frost.

Greenworks 40V mower boasts a 60 minute battery and I’m like… So? … Unless you have ¼ to ½ an acre yard this is simply not enough time to cut your yard – Especially if yo4 use the NOS, I mean turbo button. Until a battery can last 2 hours at full blast it’s simply not enough for me. But if you have a ¼ acre yard then this should be plenty for you! Another note, battery changes on this appear to be extremely intuitive and simple to do. Greenworks also provides a 4 year tool & battery warranty which is pretty long in my opinion.
