Hold the handrail in the front part of the treadmill with both hands, step on the treadmill, and press the button to adjust the speed of the treadmill in small increments from 1.5 to 3.0. Stand up straight, relax as much as possible, and move with the walking belt. After you adapt to the rhythm and find your body center of gravity, increase the speed in small increments, release both hands from the handrail in front, and swing your arms with your body.
Speedometer is off, but if you know how fast you normally are it is fine. Great for winter walking and running in the house. This treadmill is sleek, attracting my customer’s attention easily. In addition, it is easy to use and assemble. Thanks to its bracket, I can watching videos while jogging, which motivates me to keep fit. I use treadmill when it’s rainy outside.
Received it a few days earlier than expected. It comes with side handles and a cell phone holder. I opted not to use those though.Tested it out and it’s just like being at the gym but at home. It’s very quiet and runs smoothly and light weight when moving I haven’t tested out the speaker for music yet though but I wear my own headphones anyways. It also has a power-save mode that turns the machine off if it’s not in use for 10 minutes. The treadmill arrives fully assembled and comes with a wireless remote control that allows you to adjust your speed mid-walk.
In order to be able to butt well with the oil inlet, do not cut off the mouth too long, about 0.2inch or shorter, as long as the oil can flow out. B) Turn on the treadmill and let it run at a minimum speed of 1mph. Add lubricating oil to the walking belt through the oil inlet as indicated in the figure. C) Butt the mouth of the oil bottle mouth and the oil inlet, slowly squeeze the oil bottle to allow the oil to flow into the inside of the walking belt through the tubing. Let the treadmill run at a speed of 1mph to uniformly smear silicone oil and gently stamp on the middle of the walking belt. The silicone oil can be completely absorbed by the walking belt after a few minutes.

Husband and I Sunny Health Fitness use for light walking indoors, but wouldn’t recommend for more than jogging at higher weights. And it looks like it will be perfect for what I need it for. It is as quiet as a treadmill is expected to be.
I do my brisk walk on it twice a week and it has worked well each time. So easy set up, space saver and neat. I tucked it in under my bed after use and it’s compact size fits very well while hidden. I’m very happy with this investment.

It’s perfect to keep me moving during this era of COVID gym closures. We are very happy with our purcahse which came yesterday and now we can contiune with our walking exercises. Pretty maxkare treadmill good size to walk at a fast pace, easy to assemble. Only issue will be the noise frome motor but you get use to. I got everything up and running within 2 minutes of opening the box.
