This treadmill is very compact and very durable. It folds down and can easily be moved to a storage area while not in use. It is helping me develop a more consistent stride while pushing my pace Costway Folding Treadmill faster. I was very impressed how well the unit was packaged. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a smaller space saving treadmill. Gives the user a great cardio workout in a small area.
The folding handle that locks the riser in place is a bit of a bear to fold down – I have to adjust the tension each time I use it. And I have to take the handlebars off if I want to fold it down a bit annoying but worth it. Happy with this purchase and would recommend to any Runner who appreciates a compact easy to move treadmill. Going outside for a Run is currently NOT an option and this is a great solution to my HOT weather problem.

I’ve had this treadmill for exactly one month and use it for 30 minutes every day, no problems. Arrived extremely well packaged and easy to assemble. Getting the bottom right lever to flip up and hold the riser in place took a few minutes, but finally resolved. You do need to remember this isn’t a heavy-duty gym-grade treadmill, it’s meant for home spaces.
Of new treadmills should be adjusted after they are installed, but the walking belt may become loose after the treadmill is used for a period of time. For example, the user finds out the walking belt pauses and skids while running. But an over-tight walking belt is also not good. It is easy to increase the load of the motor and damage the motor, the walking belt and the roller. It is quiet and easy to assemble.

It is what we wanted and has been used everyday. If it needs to be lubricated the instructions are clear and the the task is quite easy to perform.
You can move the location at any time. Sometimes I like to run in my room. There are many other functions There are stereos, iPads holders. Sometimes I can put my computer next to me and work while walking.
