Our Review of the Bissell Wet-Dry Vacuum Cleaner and Mop

It performs much better on carpeted floors with its multi-surface floorhead, is easier to maneuver, weighs considerably less, and has longer battery life. The BISSELL CrossWave Cordless Max is a cordless upright hybrid vacuum/mop. Compared to the corded BISSELL CrossWave Pet Pro, it has a less powerful motor that leaves it incapable of cleaning dense high-pile carpeting. That said, it’s easier to maneuver and does just as good a job when vacuuming debris or scrubbing away stains on bare floors.

While the cleaning width is shorter on this model, the Cordless Max has a thicker floor brush, allowing greater depth for absorbing dirt. The roller also features a few hard for agitating dirt. I can’t really find anything negative to say about the design of the machine itself or its performance. However I do have one major gripe to mention and it’s the dodgy interface between the machine and the charger-cum-cleaning station. When I first mounted the unit into the cleaning station’s provided port, it refused to engage with the power supply.

The BISSELL CrossWave Cordless Max does an excellent job of handling pet hair on bare floors, though you might need to make an extra pass to clear away all of it on low-pile carpet. The water tank has clearly legible fill lines for cleaning either large or small spaces. The brush roll cleans itself in its storage tray, to flush out dirt, hair and debris after each use. Safe for use on tiles, sealed wood floors, laminate, PVC, and more. The machine comes apart for cleaning – both tanks can be removed and cleaned, the filters come off to be cleaned, and even the roller brush itself comes off. If you’ve come across the BISSELL CrossWave Cordless Max, then we are here to give you an honest opinion.

Here, it picked up everything without dropping any grains back onto the floor, showing that this cleaner can easily cope with bigger debris. For cleaning, there’s shark cordless a 0.83-litre tank that takes a mixture of detergent and water. There are handy fill lines for large and small areas, which means you won’t be wasting detergent.

It’s heavy with a water tank on-board as well as a tank for collecting dirt, debris and dirty water. Though saying that, we did find that it gets into corners and along skirting boards. Going from hard floors to carpeted areas or rugs is quite easy, though depending on the difference in the thickness you may have to lift the machine. The Cordless Max Pet combines all of your floor cleaning chores with cordless freedom in an effort to save you precious time and energy. And since your dog probably isn’t going to lend a hand, you’ll need all the help you can get.

The first con of the Bissel Crosswave Max is one that I have been worried about since the beginning. I talked about the battery life in my first blog, and I will say, it takes a lot to get used to. Now, I have experienced the vacuum more and expanded my thoughts. Most of my pros have stayed the same, but I have had more time to figure out what exactly I like about the Crosswave.

I liked it for my tile floor, but not so much on carpet. Especially when you clean hard floor at the same like you So, it is an expensive mop. I don’t have wifi so i don’t have whatever that offers. I will try to get used to it and decide if I want to send it back. I was disappointed that this machine is 1) heavy and hard to maneuver; 2) takes up more room than expected; 3) leaves a puddle of dirty water once you stop cleaning.
