Add your ingredients and then replace the lid and measuring cup, ensuring the pouring spout on the jar is covered by the protrusion cuisinart soup maker on the lid. N.B The maximum capacity when blending cold ingredients is 1.75L. Plug the unit into an appropriate mains socket.
This newest model of soup maker may indeed only heat to boiling! I’ve now amended the chart above to reflect this. Maybe over time we will have access to better specs showing more accurate temperatures. And/or, maybe someone who has used this machine will comment. It has three heat settings, ranging from a low simmer to a high boil. Throw in some chopped vegetables, turn on the heat setting and get cooking.
