I purchase one, but can’t seem to get it to get crispy sweet potato fries. I followed the recipes [ were in the booklet] were under cooked, but when I cooked them longer they never got crispy only burnt. The reviews don’t mention that, but did state that the unit dies with in 3 to 6 months? If so how do you get crispy home made fries from whole sweet potatoes .
