We encourage our members to use Quest Diagnostics for their testing. Quest is EmblemHealth’s in-network, preferred lab and testing face mask provider. You may also directly order the allowed number of COVID-19 at-home, rapid tests from Express Scripts Pharmacy.

People not fully vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccine who have been asked or referred to get testing by their school, workplace, healthcare provider, or state or local health department.
