Most of the house is put together by either clicking pieces in, like the windows, or by big screws and a plastic screwdriver that is included in the kit. The only thing that needs a real screwdriver is the flag holder.

I dont currently have any little tikes products, but love that they can create such imagination. We have the turtle sandbox and My first Slide. I am looking forward to seeing my kids continue to play with the little tikes cape cottage playhouse throughout the summer and the rest of the year.
