That is what Lancome was aiming for here & I suppose they nailed it. What’s cool about this one is it has that ubiquitous really feel . Then it shifted to a floral musk perfume. My skin normally turns musk to a weird child wipe kinda vibe however Idole didn’t disappoint me at all. Sillage and longevity are both pretty common. You may odor it from a dialog, and the fragrance itself won’t last more than four hours.
Becuase once I get whiffs of the powder, it makes me think of an old woman scent. This is the place the scent begins to smell/feel cheap to me. It’s powerful, becuase I do love the floral scent to it, it is simply that powder scent that ruins it for me. I wish to adore it, becuase the highest scent is wonderful on my pores and skin. I am simply not the largest fan of the center notes I’m getting.
