Let me try to explain to you why I’m such a huge fan of this fantastic griddle. You only need to wipe it with a paper towel and there are no food residuals. There is no need for extra space for the gas tank CGWM-081 Clermont Pellet Grill & Smoker Cover as you can put it right under the griddle. Just place it where you want the griddle to be and then start cooking your food. There is a grease cup located at the back of the grease trough for easy cleanup.
DO NOT touch metal parts of griddle unl it has completely cooled to avoid burns, unless you are wearing protecve gear (pot holders, gloves, BBQ miens, etc…). DO NOT obstruct the flow of combuson and venlaon air to this appliance. Keep all electrical cords away from a hot griddle. DO NOT use griddle for indoor cooking or heang.

You don’t have to worry about grease dripping down onto the burners, causing you to have to buy replacement parts due to corrosion. Cooking on the griddle, you don’t have to worry about flare-ups, so food cooks evenly without charring. It had me excited to cook on the griddle again. I was able to put it together myself in just under an hour without issue.
