These are the first pair of Raybans where the frame has broke on me, it seems to be where the frame is at its thinest near the corner of the lens. I had them on top of my head, I bent down to tie my shoe and they slipped off, hit the tile and the frame broke. It is such a tight frame that putting it back together with some glue does not work. I would recommend Ray-Ban either removes the durability claim from these or offer an additional warranty for them. This warranty covers all lens types except for plastic lenses. Due to the fragile nature of plastic lenses, we are not able to offer a warranty for this material. If your product is covered under warranty you will be required to cover the shipping charges to ship your item to our office for us to proceed with the warranty claim. We will either repair or replace the defective frames at our discretion. If the frame is no longer available, you will be offered store credit on an item of lesser or equal value.
