Not the most unique but certainly very very wearable for weddings, bar mitzvahs, or family get togethers. Pear isn’t too in your face and the orange blossom and tuberose seem even enough. Shampoo-clean-type of deal but instead of being shower fresh it has a deep, sweet roundedness to it. It smells similar to Burberry Brit Sheer if you took out all the fruit in that except the pear and added a note of sugar water.

This bottle has a custom made type quality, with the cap opening. It reminds me of the way an old fashioned gentleman’s cigar/cigarette lighter would have opened and shut. This is crafted beautifully and is a touch that makes this perfume bottle all the more unique and special. It’s creamy, a little spicy/peppery, quite airy, slightly sweet – just classy overall without being too much of anything. The name for this is very fitting, smells like a typical ‘womanly’ fragrance.
The bottle itself says that it’s a woody fragrance but I don’t detect any wood. To me this is a fruity floral which is casually elegant and suitable for office wear. So I love a good blind buy (I’m okay with it if that makes me terrible), but I ralph lauren t shirt actually found a sample of this in an old Vogue of mine. I knew I liked it immediately and had it down in a journal as a potential 4 star buy. I actually find woman to be a gorgeously neutral scent, despite it’s very specifically gendered name.
Reason being the sillage and longevity are something to be desired. More investigating necessary for this one,but all in all it is a pleasant mainstream scent. The bottle has polo dress shirts a very much needed flip top. With so many perfumes, it’s hard to find a top at times! Even cheap bottles should have grandma crocheted strings as far as I’m concerned.
Upon first application, the orange blossom really stands out on my skin; it actually takes over the other notes. As it’s settling, I get more of the hazelnuts and some woods along with the fruity nuances. To me, it smells like a floral-fruity gourmand. I can see a little bit of similarity with Angel Muse; they both have that nuttiness in them, they’re kinda like distant cousins. This one isn’t nearly a powerhouse though.
It’s not sweet realistic floral which may be why it’s throwing me off a bit. It’s a poorly produced, synthetic smelling floral and it’s overpowering. It’s just so unfortunate because once that mess dies away you’re left with a beautiful soft dry down.
