This way, I can alternate the two between cleaning my floors. The crosswave is much more expensive with many more features but essentially does the same thing as the pet pro model. I don’t think it has a strong enough mopping function to clean grout lines. It does a great job at refreshing everything, but it’s not as powerful as say a steam mop.

It’s more effective than the Dyson in sucking up debris on bare floors and has a longer battery life, not to mention a much bigger dustbin. The BISSELL CrossWave Cordless Max has some disadvantages in dealing with pet hair. It does a fantastic job of dealing with pet hair on bare floors, but you might need to make an extra pass to collect all of it on low-pile carpeting. Its brushroll is pretty tangle-prone, but thankfully you can remove it to clear away any stuck-on hair. Since you can’t configure it as a handheld vacuum, it isn’t suitable for cleaning pet hair from furniture. It also lacks a HEPA filter, and some allergens can escape from its exhaust.

The pet pro is not cordless but it does have a larger roller at 12in covering a bit more of a large area at a time. It also works well to pick up pet hair and bulky dry debris without losing any suction.

Probably my favorite feature of the Bissell Crosswave Max is that it works on carpets! Not only does it vacuum everything up on my carpet, but it refreshed my carpets making them smell fantastic. It helps with maintenance tracking, usage tips, shark cordless and offers customer service, all within the app. Yes, the Crosswave pro max does have wifi connectivity that works well with bissell app called the bissell connect app. If the upgrades are worth it and its in your budget, go for the pro max.

The BISSELL is a hybrid vacuum/mop and can deal with stains and liquid spills with minimal difficulty.
