The belt seems a little choppy sometimes though and adjusting it hasn’t worked yet but I will keep trying. My biggest gripe is that the speed is not correct. So I have to have the top part up if I really want to get a brisk walk going. Still, for what it is, it is worth it.

I purchased this item to walk indoors over the winter. I’m not into all the bells and whistles and I didn’t want a big unit that I couldn’t move by myself, so this unit serves its purpose. The only issue I have is the handrail. Because my balance isn’t that good I have to hang onto handles therefore I have to tighten regularly as it does get loose.
I chose not to install the arms so I can easily fold it up and store it out of view if I wanted to. If you are worried about falling or need something to hold on to, you probably should install the arms so you can hold on. But it is four bolts and super easy. We “downgraded” but also upgraded.
