All the dishes are heated evenly and I haven’t noticed any hot spots. The clean-up is easy, I just wipe out the interior and exterior with damp cloth and that’s it. What I like the most is the reminder alarm that beeps every 3 minutes and reminds me to take out the plate with food. I often forget about that, doing things about the house. However in other reviews users noted about the problem with popcorn feature and I agree with that.

I bought a Hamilton Beach Microwave and up under the plate it has started to rust. I have only had this microwave for two yrs and I called them.
