One unknown is whether I will wind up using this bike…I have traditionally had two un-maintained winter bikes at once, and I’ve just about got my other one put back together. The cable routing right at the handlebars is stupid — they interfere with eachother and with the reflector — but I’ve decided to ignore it until I have to replace them. The brake pads, I think, are super bad (going full on the front brake isn’t scary at all, though I was able to induce a front-wheel slide on gravel). And maybe there’s too much flex in the brakes all around.
