Weber Spirit E-210 Review: Our Favorite 2-Burner Gas Grill

The durability of these grills is also standard, as they are made using good quality materials that last for years. The larger models of this series come with a spacious grilling area supported by a side burner, while the smaller models feature foldable shelves and wheels that make them easy to store and move. We cooked Blackstone Adventure a grillfull of pre-made one-third pound hamburgers on high with the lid down. They cooked fast at two minutes per side, although the front row needed an additional minute. We’d prefer overall, even heat from the front to the back of the grill, but we appreciated how quickly and easily Spirit II cooked this popular item.

This is definitely a nice feature if you like to barbecue chicken, turkey, & other fowl! Across the three chicken tests, they averaged 1 hour and 20 minutes to reach 165 degrees. That isn’t a very long wait, but it’s significantly longer than the Char-Broil Performance XL, which only took 1 hour and 11 minutes. My chicken was tender and somewhat juicy with somewhat crispy skin — I even took some home for leftovers. But the speedy Performance XL blew it away with deliciously tender whole grilled chickens. The GS4 system includes a new ignition system that’s “ensured to ignite every time.” It worked eight times out of ten, but it didn’t always ignite after my first attempt.

While it may not be on the same level as high end or newer models, the Weber Spirit II E 310 has plenty to offer in terms of both power as well as grilling opportunities. Of course, a pretty important aspect of any grill is temperature control and maintenance. The temperature gauge is easy to use weber spirit 2 and is great for ensuring that you choose as precise of a setting as you desire. This feature can be especially useful in colder conditions when you are finding against lower temperatures and wind in starting up your grill. As it is all battery operated, the effort is taken out of your hands.

Featuring a sleek and streamlined design that wouldn’t look out of place in any outdoor kitchen, the Royal Gourmet GG2102 is another good alternative to the Weber Spirit E-210. At any rate, though, it’s well-designed, practical and portable, making it a good choice for those who have a reduced space but still want effective and even grilling. I should also mention that, despite being smaller than the Spirit E-210, the Royal Gourmet GG2102 has more cabinet space and slightly larger fold-down side tables. In terms of materials, the Spirit E-210 is every bit as wonderful as any of the other products in the Weber brand. The unit’s exterior is made of pure stainless steel, ensuring maximum durability and resistance to external elements.

But this model is still available for purchase at big-box stores like Home Depot and Lowe’s. We still think it’s a great grill with clever design features. For one thing, this grill has an externally mounted propane tank, which is easier to install and replace than traditional, under-grill tanks . And this type of tank also frees up the area under the grill for storage of tools and other items.
