I didn’t notice right within the 30 days because I but it in the winter so I wasn’t going barefoot as much, so it was past the 30 day satisfaction guarantee. I reached out to them and they sent me more cleaner….VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS PRODUCT and would not recommend it unless you only want it for the vacuuming part. We are very happy with the cross wave cordless floor cleaner.
Unfortunately, after only 7 months the battery is no longer holding a charge. The other issue is you do not have any service centers anywhere near me. I truly hope you all resolve this because this is a great concept and product. The Bissell is the bees knees because the vacuuming and mopping can be completed simultaneously. It seems to leak a bit of the dirty water as it passes over the floor and gets collected and pools after Passover near my feet. Would be good if it also sucked while returning to feet. I usually steam clean and when I first used it I did a pass over with the crosswave and was stunned at how much more dirt there was left by the steam clean. The bissell crosswave cordless Max doesn’t come with any attachments per se, but it does come with a 3-in-1 docking station.
The Crosswave also made it super easy to give my carpet a quick freshening up. As I said in my first blog, it does not completely bissell crosswave cordless replace shampooing your carpet. I have had the Bissell Crosswave Max for about a year now, and I am ready to give another review.
It feels lightweight in your hand, while its cordless design ensures you won’t trip over a power cord. It performs remarkably well on bare surfaces, though it can have a hard time on low-pile carpeting. The BISSELL CrossWave Cordless Max isn’t suitable for cleaning high-pile carpet. It doesn’t have enough power to keep its brushroll spinning on dense high-pile carpeting, and its relatively weak suction motor can’t draw debris from carpet fibers. So, as we have mentioned, this machine comes with a 3-in-1 docking station for storing. You will need to put this docking station next to a plug socket.
Its motor is not as powerful as dedicated dry vacuums or mops, however, but makes up for it with cordless, daily-use convenience for quick cleanings. It does not clean narrow grouts well, but because the dirty water is scooped up right away, grout is left looking better than with a regular mop. The BISSELL CrossWave Cordless Max 2554 and Hoover ONEPWR Evolve Pet share an upright configuration, but they’re for different uses. The BISSELL is a hybrid vacuum/mop and can deal with stains and liquid spills with minimal difficulty.
An easy to use multi-surface cleaner that vacuums and mops your floors simultaneously. For use on hard floors, carpets and even rugs, it’s great for picking up pet hair and large debris. It’s also easy to use, and it cleans itself afterwards.
Now we still have to vacuum and then use this as a very overpriced mop. I took a picture of the floor after several passes and I know it’s a little hard to see but this is just one tile and if you zoom in you’ll see all the black dog hair. It doesn’t do well against floor boards or kitchen islands. Presumably the CrossWave Max gets its name from the wavy shape of its side profile.
