Both versions (step-through and straight top tube) are available in sizes S/M or M/L. Schwinn developed strong trading relationships with two Japanese bicycle manufacturers in particular, Bridgestone and National/Panasonic. The bike had to be sold by trained staff members who had to explain to customers how the bike s high quality justified its relatively higher price.
