Greenworks Pro 80V Cordless Blower

If liquid contacts eyes, additionally seek medical help. Liquid ejected from the battery may cause irritation or burns. Shorting the battery terminals together may cause greenworks pro burns or a fire. Check with local codes and waste management for proper disposal instructions. Keep cutting edges clean and sharp to ensure the best performance.

If you don’t use the self-propel option anyway and practice careful mower maintenance, then these issues can be greatly reduced. The rest of the design also tries to put the “Pro” into the Greenworks Pro. Take the wheels, for example – these are some of the largest and most ruggedized wheels we’ve seen on a mower.

Do not modify or attempt to repair the mower or the battery pack except as indicated in the instructions for use and care. Dress properly; do not wear loose clothing or jewelry that can be caught in moving parts. Use of safety gloves and proper footwear is recommended when working outdoors.

A panel on the top of the mower contains a cutting height dial, start and stop levers, and four status LEDs, but that’s all you get in the way of onboard controls. The Operating LED glows solid green when the mower is in operating mode , and is dark when the mower is stopped, if the safety key has been removed, or if the mower is waiting for a PIN number entry. The Connectivity LED flashes blue when the mower is trying to connect to the internet, glows solid blue when it’s connected, and is dark when the mower is powered down. The Security LED flashes yellow when a PIN code is required, and the Error LED flashes red when the mower has been stopped due to an error such as a break in the wire or when the mower has been lifted.

Even in hardwoods, the Greenworks saw was surprisingly powerful. That being said, if leaned on it too much the saw would easily bog down. However, letting the saw do the work and applying an appropriate level of downward pressure resulted in fast smooth cuts.

Of course, that extra weight does have its downsides. The mower is a lot more difficult to lift and transport than its plastic cousins, and you have to expend more energy to push it around, too. There is a self-propelling option onboard the mower to make things a little easier (we’ll talk more about this a little later). We could see the Greenworks Pro being a great option for those with decks and outdoor furniture. Having no cord to get tangled up on would make that sort of clean-up a lot easier. We also think it’d be great for someone with a patio or porch that needs frequent sweeping.
