From my experience I think little tikes toys is more geared towards toddlers. I only had to break out a screw driver to attach the flag holder. This was one of the easiest kid toys that I have ever put together.
I would think you would at least get 4 years out of it. Honestly this is a yard/garage sale price so I would go for it. My 4 year old son has been begging for a playhouse and this will be perfect for the next year or two for him. I like that it doesn’t require tools to put together. We’re sorry, you have too many items in your shopping bag.

We have quite a few little tikes toys and we like how durable they are, with three boys that’s kind of a big deal. The playhouse is a huge hit when we have playdates, and can easily fit 3 little ones inside. I’m excited to see how he and his friends evolve with this house overtime. Maybe they will pretend to be a mailman and drop off mail in the slot.
I do not have any Little Tykes products. I like how easy the playhouse looks to assemble. We do own some little tikes toys we have the coupe and a couple and basketball hoop. I like the flag at the door for the entry way on the playhouse. We have a toy box and firetruck…she would love this house reminds me of grandma’s house.
