Rhubarb is kind of a trendy note right now, and I like the tart edge it lends to Woman in the opening. Underneath that is a creamy and smooth bouquet of classic florals, with a buttery but clean tuberose as the main note. The hazelnut really comes out in the drydown, and it smells delicious, like it was sugared polo dress shirts and roasted. The pear gives the fragrance a slightly cooling edge. I’m not particularly fond of their fragrances for women, I tend to avoid fruity florals and aquatics but this is a much welcomed change. The base is smooth and creamy and provides a good backdrop for the pear and the black currant.
Not the most unique but certainly very very wearable for weddings, bar mitzvahs, or family get togethers. Pear isn’t too in your face and the orange blossom and tuberose seem even enough. Shampoo-clean-type of ralph lauren t shirt deal but instead of being shower fresh it has a deep, sweet roundedness to it. It smells similar to Burberry Brit Sheer if you took out all the fruit in that except the pear and added a note of sugar water.
Black currant is very prominent to my nose, I kind of like it. Its mostly about strong white florals, I knew right away this has a tuberose, and in this scent, its a very creamy one. I would say its balances nicely with orange blossom.
This is a much softer, more feminine, more sensual – less offensive version of “Womanity”. It has a certain salacious quality to it – but it is sophisticated, refined, and more sensuous . Try it if you like opulent florals with a soft green touch and a bit of powder.
I just don’t love the opening scent, too cloyingly sweet. However not sure if it suit me I mean it is lovely and i love the scent but something about the smell makes me wanna puke. I get moderate longevity and sillage, which is a little disappointing to me. This is a tuberose scent and that’s a rarity nowadays. I don’t have too many frags made in the last few years that have a prominent tuberose.
Crisp, clean white shirt, navy jeans & loafers. Definitely can be worn dressed up or down. Sweet but has a sophistication I cannot explain.
